Notes for dry compound machine:

1. Before the operation of the hot-melt adhesive applicator for maintenance and maintenance, the power supply on the hot-melt adhesive applicator and the total power supply connected to the outside shall be cut off, and no electric operation shall be allowed.

2. When the compound machine is disassembled and maintained, workers generally do not wear earrings, watches, necklaces, bracelets and other accessories that can conduct electricity to prevent accidents.

3. Do not disassemble, check and adjust any part of the hot-melt adhesive applicator unless you have a good understanding of the equipment performance.

4. Do not disassemble and repair the equipment of hot-melt adhesive applicator separately, unless there is assistance from other personnel nearby, and in case of accident, due to mechanical damage or injury of personnel, it can be immediately given assistance or first aid.

5. Only qualified personnel can carry out maintenance of hot melt adhesive applicator.
